2020 has been a difficult year for the whole entertainment industry, and the fact concerts and other live events have been shut down by the pandemic has made these times particularly hard for musicians. The precarious situation makes the achievements of this year more impressive than ever, but it also creates more difficult starting conditions for 2021. In order to counter all this situation, we share here some funds and initiatives that can help you pay for education, equipment, projects and more, in order to ensure the viability of your music career in the upcoming months.
The day has arrived! ‘Time For My Music’ has just opened for membership applications, now you too can join our community of supportive women in music to advance in your career with all the resources, guidance and energy you could wish for.
Carlene was one of the people who attended our Cafemnee Online Worshop during the months of April and May this year. She shared with us some of her impressions, that we invite you to read so you can have a good idea of what to expect from our projects and how what we do could help you out in your path to a successful career in music.
With the end of the month comes the end of our super special starting price for tickets to ‘Pleasing Your Audience’, a workshop by Cafemnee that will tell you all about catching people’s attention and keep them engaged with your performance.
Where there is room for improvement, there is a lot to be done and a lot of success to achieve.
In occasion of International Women’s Day 2019, we want to thank all our members for their passion, dedication and the joy they bring to our network. The strength with which each one works towards our dreams is what makes our voices (and instruments!) heard, and Cafemnee would be nothing without the marvelous women that make part of it.
Here’s the highlights from a wonderful session we had recently at ‘Your Mind Is Your Music’. Enjoy.
